These website terms do not set a standard deposit, cancellation charge or ownership arrangement for project deliverables.

The website provides general information. It is not a site-specific engineering assessment, quotation or guarantee of groundwater availability, well depth or yield. Ground conditions and project requirements vary, and earlier results do not establish what will be achieved at another site.
